So the past week was incredibly busy for me and included really early mornings.
I'm not a morning person. A friend of mine asked me to help out with Vacation Bible School, and I agreed even though I am NOT a Christian. I had to be there by 8:30 am, I'm usually just waking up around 8, lol. Since we only have one car I had to wake up before 6 am to get ready, get Liam ready, drive hubby to work, etc. I didn't really have time to make breakfast so we ate out a lot this week. Not just for breakfast either. My little step-brother is visiting, too. We went to the Space Rocket Center in Alabama this weekend (was incredibly fun), which was even more fast food. Not to mention Father's Day. Since I had already fell off the wagon, I just caved in. Seems my good sense went out the window this week. No exercise and lots of fast food.
I'm way of track, BUT I know that I can and will get back on track. Starting with today, and tracking my food again.
I may go over my calories but at least it will be a start in the right direction...I went up 5 lbs last time I stepped on the scale (I'm hoping it was water weight), I am a little afraid to get back on the scale. I know I can do this!!!
