Stumble, Stumble, Stumble...*sigh*

So the past week was incredibly busy for me and included really early mornings. emoticon I'm not a morning person. A friend of mine asked me to help out with Vacation Bible School, and I agreed even though I am NOT a Christian. I had to be there by 8:30 am, I'm usually just waking up around 8, lol. Since we only have one car I had to wake up before 6 am to get ready, get Liam ready, drive hubby to work, etc. I didn't really have time to make breakfast so we ate out a lot this week. Not just for breakfast either. My little step-brother is visiting, too. We went to the Space Rocket Center in Alabama this weekend (was incredibly fun), which was even more fast food. Not to mention Father's Day. Since I had already fell off the wagon, I just caved in. Seems my good sense went out the window this week. No exercise and lots of fast food. emoticon I'm way of track, BUT I know that I can and will get back on track. Starting with today, and tracking my food again. emoticon I may go over my calories but at least it will be a start in the right direction...I went up 5 lbs last time I stepped on the scale (I'm hoping it was water weight), I am a little afraid to get back on the scale. I know I can do this!!! emoticon emoticon

    You got this! We all have bad weeks. Mine is usually the week leading up to "My week." When I start craving things I know it's hormonal now and I allow myself to give in a bit and I don't beat myself up over it because it'll be better the following week. It's one of those things us women have to deal with unfortunately.

    It's good that you started tracking again. I've found that I completely fall off the wagon if I go longer than 3 days without tracking. I got the SP app to avoid this on the weeks which is when I typically stay away from the computer and forget to track. The app has helped keep me focused for sure.

    You're doing great!

    PS. I love your backdrop (I emoticon Buffy the Vampire Slayer).
