Making some progress!!

We are finally getting somewhere with the leg......BTW, my main Dx is IT Band Friction Syndrome - and all the other stuff hinges off of that main problem. We have also decided, tho, that my hips/pelvic area are out of whack again from the fall I took off of Lady Hoku way back four years ago - that certainly doesn't help. However!! I'm still in PT - have all kinds of exercises I can do at home, so things are looking up!!

Have regained my focus on my weight again too!! (Yay!!) - It's so easy to do this - I just need to buckle down and get 'er done......which is what I'm in the process of now. I am turning this weight gain around - and relatively quickly at that!!

It's a good report for a change!!
