We are having some fine weather at last, this winter was very long.
I have started my second week of T Training and things are going well, only a slight soreness today. I feel I should be doing more, I keep reminding myself, baby steps Paul, don't won't to hurt yourself. My food intake has been spot on, I do feel lighter and less bloated. I have not weighed myself in weeks, my next weigh in will be next Monday. I am starting to tone up and I do like that feeling of firm muscle. So all in all things are looking very positive and working out well.
