I am on my second week of the no cake streak. I am on day three of get more sleep streak. I feel so much better when I am not exhausted. I am still working on making better food choices. Next week I will need to find alternative exercises, I will be missing two zumba classes. So I am thinking Zumba on the wii, or treadmill. I guess ongoing fitness is all about making choices and modifying the plan.
