BDS Day 3 - Eat Sitting Down

At home I am the Sit Down To Eat champion. It even annoys me when hubby or sons stand to eat. "We have a table." I have reduced impulse snacking by putting it on a plate and sitting down and I only eat at the table.
My problem is at Costco's, Whole Foods. and the Farmer's Markets. I do not consume every sample that comes my way. Sometimes the sampling results in an affirmation of NOT purchasing something. Mindfully sampling does help in determining whether or not something is worth adding to our menu.
Okay I am the Queen of Justification. I know that I will still sample, however I will be highly selective and sample only things like that peppered smoked salmon and stay away from the "junk" food. Besides the "junk" food is a waste of my food dollars and I do not need junk in my body.
