I have been doing my best to eat healthier and get more exercise to lose weight. But mostly to get myself to a healthier place. I do not focus on the numbers on the scale so much as I do on how I feel physically and mentally. I don't feel like I eat a lot of sodium but I have not tracked it. I try not to add salt to my cooking, I haven't for a long time. My husband always says the food needs more salt. I am going to start tracking my sodium. I am also going to see what I can do to add more spices to the meals so less salt is needed, by my husband.
