I haven't been on Spark Coach because it expired and I don't want to pay monthly so I'm waiting for a better bargain. I started my new job and I'm happy so far. I maintained my weight for 10 days despite not being able to walk and workout as much as I like. Today I'm off so I'll do my 84 minute Coach Nicole DVD and then hopefully get a walk in later. I'm actually starting to get sore from not working out. It's been 10 days! My goal is to do my video twice a week and walk 6 days a week even if I have to get up really early or walk later in the day.

    I did spark coach while it was free and I liked. I also didn't want to add another montly bill to our budget.

I really like the videos on SP and my coach Nicole DVD. I read spark people articles and everyone's blogs to get new ideas so it's all good.

Way to go maintaining your weight for 10 days with little activity! Big Win!

    Good to hear that others aren't digging the monthly Spark Coach billing, I thought it was a glitch or something. emoticon

    I hear you on the Spark Coach deal - since I'm rather financially.....ahem..... *conservative*, I'm not going down that "monthly charge" route - I've got enough of those, thank you very much!
