Finding your Success

Finding it hard to lose weight ? Well join the club. It may be one of the hardest things we ever do for ourselves but the most beneficial. You have to learn new ways to eat and move. You need to sleep more , drink more water and open our mouths less.


You can't keep doing the same things and expect to lose unless your Jared and eating from subway everyday. You need to try new foods that have more nutrition and less fat. you need to vary your exercises also. You need to shake it up try new things. Be willing to go on a new adventure.

Take me for example I am lactose intolerant. I was eating yogurt but not enough to get all my calcium. Now I eat greens a lot and have found coconut milk, which is better for me than cream in my coffee.

I am dabbling in running, right now chest pains slow me down, my doctor says not heart related so I will tackle this new adventure . I am also mixing it up with the weights at the gym it is so much fun learning different exercises . I am learning all I can from this site.

Soon losing weight will be something I can do . Learning keeps us young alive and vital. I don't think I will ever stop. There is always something new to learn. On to my next challenge.

    It is so great to say that learning new exercises are fun isn't it?? Something I never thought I would say. When I think about why I like to run, I am not sure it is fun, but it is challenging and I love to push myself to do something that I previously have never been able to do!
    Keep up the great work and I hope you get that running done without the chest pain!

    I think this a constant journey learning what works for you. Good for you to try new things.
    I know I am on a learning curve right now with my new diet restrictions. I am now in a rhythm and it's beginning to feel normal not to eat gluten, dairy, night shade veggies and little sugar. The longer you work it the less it seems like work.
