No junk food, and no overeating (at least by my general standards) - dinner wasn't much to speak of, quality-wise, but it wasn't junk, either........

Need to work on getting more around the house to eat quickly - often nobody is in the mood for cooking - and I mean *NOBODY"*! Therefore, some thought has to be given to how to handle that part of the equation......

Also, exercise has been inconsistent, time-wise........some days I can put in more time than others.........that is a mixed blessing as it helps to prevent potential overuse aches and pains (I've had a *lot* of issues there), but I'm sure the ol' metabolism can definitely benefit from more workout time........I've cut down there partially because I've had to get to the morning gig earlier to start (the learning process is proving to be arduous due to technical glitches and "red tape" problems).......

Sigh.......there's always something.........but at least I *am* starting anew, to some extent.........
