I had time today to watch a few hours of TV. I love science fiction, so that is what I tuned into. Towards the end, I was starting to feel some anxiety creeping up. So I turned off the TV, though I was in the middle of a show and took a needed nap. When I woke from the nap, my anxiety was gone! Woohoo! Now I am sparking and feeling well!
