* Bought it at BestBuy.
* Wouldn't sync, nor could I log into web site until past 11:30 PM EDT.
* Called the support line twice:
. + Hung up on first time.
. + Told business hours were over for the day, the second time, though clearly my call was within business hours.
* Synch worked again at 7:30 AM, but dashboard and web site down again, this morning!
* Learning curve issue? Yes! Fitbit's Not mine.
Tomorrow is another day. Still dog poo!
