About My day today June 17, 2013

Tuesday, June 18, 2013

Well today I have just found out that I have 30 days to move out of my apartment due to the land lord cannot afford to paint the house again for section 8. There is more to the story but I am going to leave it at that ok. So I will be here when I can be ok. I will also try to keep you updated on what is going on when I can ok.

Other than that I had a pretty good day today, I had oatmeal for breakfast and S***-on-Shingles for lunch. I drank 8 glasses of water today. I will be having my salad soon for dinner. Than I am off to bed for the night because I have an appointment tomorrow afternoon. Plus I have to make some phone calls in the morning too. So it is going to be a fun day tomorrow.

    Good Evening Chelsea,

emoticon Yes Section 8 can make it difficult to find nice places some times. But we found a really nice house for rent that will accept HUD Section 8. The only problem with it is that they are taking applications first and than they will choose a person from there. So it will be a wait to find out if we get it or not. Thanks for the link I will check it out sometime soon ok.

I have already talked to HUD about Section 8 and I have 60 days to find an approved home. I just have 30 days with the landlord and being moved out in 30 days. Everything will work out in due time with this. emoticon I have not started panicking on it yet lol. I am staying so calm about this and it feel strange but it is all good lol.

God Bless You My Friend!!! emoticon

P.S. No I live in UP Michigan. Thank you for the offer though!

I am so sorry!! I have Section 8 and it is difficult sometimes to find nice places to rent. emoticon Since Section 8 told you to move and you have a disability, find out what your rights are with that plus maybe they have a list of places you can check out. Also, there is a website called that I have used that isn't too bad.

Section 8 may have to give you more than 30 days (up to 60 days) to find a place because of your disability and finances. Please find out what your rights are and if you need support, ideas, email me and I will do my best to help you. And, please keep us posted and again, I am sorry.... emoticon BUT you seem to be a very resourceful person so I think you will find a way even though very stressful. God bless you, my new friend.

Love, Chelsea emoticon

P.S. If you lived in SE Florida or Pinellas county, FL, I would have some ideas for you.

I'm so sorry Shar, trusting you find a place as soon as possible...Not sure if I read this right, but here goes, do you have "Shingles"?? I hope not, as my friend and my Mom had them and being a former Nurse, I know how painful they are...Please take good care my friend. You sure have a lot on your plate...One thing for sure I'm with you and will support you as much as can be assured that you have my friendship and prayers.... emoticon emoticon

Wow! Just when you join in on Spark the stress begins. It is difficult to lose weight when stress is there, especially if you are an emotional eater. When you have time you might want to read some of the articles about emotional eating, they really helped me.

I hope you have a smooth transition into a new place and great rent too!
