Monday - scrubbing and spraying nematodes

Monday, June 17, 2013

After cycling, met with other members of the church to scrub the tire marks off the fellowship hall floor before it is sealed. Lots of fun with power washer and industrial scrubber.
When I raced to the other house to mow, the rain started. I have 125 million nematodes that need to be sprayed on the property when it is wet, so let's go spray. I picked up my young friend Russell who was going to borrow my mower to do the church lawn and we sprayed all the acreage. The whole point of the nematodes is to get rid of the grubs to get rid of the armadillos digging up the whole place. We'll see if this works 'cause next year there is always Milk Thistle we could try.
I fed Russell, DH and DM and then ran Russell home. I paid him a little bit 'cause he is saving for a radiator on his old truck.

The sunflowers around the garden are about 10 ft. tall.

Then I started cleaning and freezing more strawberries

No 9 of the 71 "trust" Psalms..
Psalm 17:7 Shew thy marvellous lovingkindness, O thou that savest by thy right hand them which put their trust in thee from those that rise up against them.

God bless us with Your marvelous lovingkindness.

we've started seeing more and more armadillos where I live (metro Atlanta). Although they've always been common in south GA, I never saw them up this way
