Okay, so I have been missing at spark for a while but I am back now and that is the first step. I need to get my self back on track now that I have the all clear to start exercising again.
I am back at Ballet and Tai Chi but I just cant seem to get myself out of bed in the morning to do an exercise DVD. It is just so cold .... But I am going to take baby steps and aim for just one morning this week and then make it two next week. I figure something is better than nothing.
Anyway thats the plan for now... wish me luck and have a great week fellow sparkers.
