17 Day Diet- Day 1

So, it didn't go so bad! I planned out and prepared my meals last night. I did feel hungry around 4pm. I eat about every 2 hours. I didn't stay completely on plan bc I had coffee with half and half, I added avocado to my salad and added flax meal to my smoothie.
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with spinach, shallots, peppers, tomato and mushrooms. This was delicious and huge. I should eat half and save half for that 4pm spot.
10am Snack: plain nonfat Greek yogurt with raspberries. I really, really missed my granola and drizzle of honey in this.
Lunch: Spinach and romaine salad with: capers, tomato, sauerkraut and avocado. Avocado isn't supposed to be added until 3rd cycle. Whoops. I discovered sauerkraut when I was doing the 15 day fat blast. I love it and no dressing needed.
2pm Snack: Green grapefruit smoothie: lime, cucumber, grapefruit, cilantro, flax meal and vanilla extract with water.
Once I got home the bright oranges were calling to me! And then my 8 year old pulled out the trail mix. I would have eaten both of these yesterday.
Dinner: Salmon baked with 1TB meyer lemon olive oil, salt, pepper and fresh dill (dinner tomorrow too) and Cauliflower with 1TB olive oil, salt and nutritional yeast (my kids love this).
I was only able to gulp down 1 cup of green tea and 3 cups of water. I feel pretty full still but I'll try to get in at least 1 more of each before bed.
