I'm so sorry. My leg is hurting too bad for me to sit here & type. I had a good day. Busy as always. 6.5hours of working out in the pool. Lots of fun babysitting the grandchildren. My food is mid-low range. My exercise is HIGH. I am happy with my plan of action today. Happy birthday to my sister!
