I have never written a blog in my life but I need someplace to make a statement.
I have decided to take Baby Steps with my eating plan. I am usually so black and white but I am going to try some grey.
#1 I am going to follow my low calorie organic healthy meal plan at home.Seltzer Only.
#2 When I drive the half hour to town I will have what I want. This includes Diet Coke.
#3 If I feel desperate to binge and examine my feelings and decide I am going to binge anyway I must drive half an hour to town.
#4 I will not buy alcohol for at home to replace food binging. If I feel I must have alcohol it will be at a restaurant.
#5 I will make my home my refuge and emotional healing place.
This feels like it's enough structure for now and doable. And it's in writing.
