Crazy busy bunch of stuff wizzing by

Today was hot, and the A.C. in the van quit working again. I went to my spine orthopedic surgeon for follow up to the emg, and I guess there is no new nerve damage. I was not really happy with the EMG doctor's inadequate report, but glad nothing new has shown up. (The EMG dr didn't even send my doctor the full report, and I never got the report.)
Actually, considering everything, my back has been a bit better (knock on wood), since the allergy thing is kicking my butt. My medications are being adjusted. I am curious as to whether time is healing all wounds, or if it is just that summer has hit. I am curious as to whether when I get past the congestion, the allergies, the coughing, the dizziness and can get back to better exercise (other than walking) whether or not my back will kick back in pain again.
Over the weekend, my husband made me gluten free egg free "nan" bread like a pita pocket. I adapted a gluten free egg free mayonnaise recipe, and it tastes similar to miracle whip. I also made my own gf, egg free french salad dressing. I made my oat flour/rice flour banana bread with yogurt instead of eggs, and some chocolate chips. I made them into muffins this time, and they sunk in the middle. They were still good, but I find them too sweet. I plan to lessen the sugar in them next time.
I read labels all the time. I am eating less. Yesterday we went out for Father's day, and my lunch was a Greek salad with Feta cheese. I do not remember my supper though.
Today - breakfast apple oatmeal and coffee
lunch - thin ham and cheese roll up. water.
dinner - braised marinated boneless pork chop with onions, corn on the cob, mashed potatoes and salad. I couldn't finish and set it aside.
I believe Onederland will come into view soon.
Tomorrow I work. Same with Thursday and Friday.
Wednesday I see my grandson.
There have been stressful situations, as well as the heat in the van today, and at the dr. my blood pressure was a little up. Pooh.
Getting healthy IS my job.
Time to go breathe, unwind and relax.
