It seems my pain has turned out to be a pain in the butt
I have been working my glutes and abs a lot! So today I stayed away from them and focused on my arms! ( now tomorrow I won't be able to lift a thing HeHe )
I did manage to walk for about 30 min and it felt good, so I'm on my way back!
It's hard having to be careful, but I have learned a lesson to make sure I stretch more and space my strength workouts I'm going to do alternating, one day upper then lower and no strength on sundays!
