emoticon When I was care giver we HAD to have a cell as part of our job equipment for emergencies. I wasn't allowed to be on the job without one that was for either geriatric clients or kids with special needs.

I Can understand what your boss is saying about the cell phone. I get so aggravated on how so many people never let that cell phone leave their hands. I have seen mothers pay more attention to their text messages than what their children are doing. I seen a baby crawl out of a stroller and fall on his head at the zoo. Mother was right there and didnt know till people told her. She was still texting on her phone. Even though I dont think the incident with the other sitter should have anything against you having yours when you need it. But right now I can see how the mother feels. I hate to ramble on about them, but I have seen so many reasons why they are a hazard. I was at a funeral one time and I will say it was quiet in there until a guys cell phone went on and the ring tone was of a Rooster crowing. Everybody burst out laughing. Hope you have a good day off tomorrow. And you have been doing great with your weightloss.
