Day 533- Back to reality; new challenge programs?

I recently got back from the beach and I'm ready to get back on track! Does anyone have any new challenge programs for me to try? I want to do something for summer. I leave for college in the fall and I'm hoping to finally reach my goal weight before I leave.

    I second Aquagirl! Try the Be Fit Channel on Youtube, they have also 30-day workout programs.

    I've been doing the Be Fit in 90 challenge on youtube. It's a 90 day program so you probably won't finish it before college but it'll help you get to your goal weight. They have a work out 5 days a week and 2 rest days. They tell you what to do everyday. It's a mixture of cardio and strength training. I just started Phase 3 today and I've noticed a big change in my body. Here is the link:
