Itís time! Iíve had computer problems all day so Iím trying to knock this out before I go homeÖI want to restart my quest for health again. I got off track and gained back almost everything I had lost. So, as I stated in my last blog I want to lose 25lbs by the end of August. I weighed in Friday at 313 and this morning at 301.2. I wanted to get that first water weight (or whatever it is) loss out of the way and start with a more realistic place. My weight is really bouncing - I can do a 6 lb bounce over night.
Anyway, long term, I would like to be down to at least 220 by next spring/summer. Again a big goal and I may revise that after I take a good look at how Iím doing and what seems feasible. But that gives me around a year to lose 80 lbs.
Short term goals:
* Start logging my food again
* Work out at least 3 x per week
* Do the weekly Accountability blog
* Experiment with new recipe at least 1 -2 times per month
* Lose 25lbs by Aug 31st
On a fun noteÖ. I made a pineapple meatloaf over the weekend that was really really good! It sounds weird but reallyÖit was yummy! I struggle to get in fruits and veges so when I can add some without really tasting them too much (just an added sweetness that made the loaf very moist too!) I like it! If you want the recipe let me know. I would have taken a picture butÖ.it looked a little like dog food. Not pretty. But since it was tasty as all get out I didnít care. Be good sparkers!
