That sounds like illegal steroid usage! LOL
We bought a Nutribullet last week on Monday.
I had a Blast on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. So far I'm happy with the process. The results remain to be seen. :)
I had one today - and my goal is one Blast a day.
A typical Blast consists of 2 cups of Spinach, strawberries, and other fruit - raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries, with grapes for sweet and walnuts for protein or bananas and pineapple with the strawberries today. Only had one that I didn't like the taste of - but I drank it anyway like a good girl so I didn't waste the fruit. :)
I haven't weighed. I plan on just watching my measurements and how my clothing fits. Will see if getting all those fruits and veggies in will make a difference.
