I had a good eating day today! I stayed within all of my ranges. I actually had a difficult time meeting my minimal calories! I got in a very good workout from my personal trainer. I'm really hoping for 2 pounds down on Thursday when I get on the scale again. Keep your fingers crossed.
It has only been 5 days, and this one has been the easiest so far. It was challenging because I had to eat out quick for both breakfast and lunch. Thank goodness there is a Panerra close by! I was able to make decent choices. Could have been better, but not as bad as I usually do. I actually drove right past McDonalds, Taco Bell, Steak N Shake (my favorite), Jack in the Box and Arbys to get something to eat that was a bit more on the healthy side! :-) This in and of itself is quite an accomplishment for me! :-)
