So week 4 yielded another 2 pound loss, not great, but hey any loss is better than a gain! I am 3 pounds away from being 20 pounds down total! In the last 4 weeks I have been learning to not binge eat, to make healthy choices, and to stay busy! It's when I have down time that I get "hungry." I am really excited about 17 pounds being gone for good and I am excited to make it through week 5 and keep on going! It's one day, one step, and one choice at a time! The days keep passing, and each day I am one step closer! Yay for week 4!
