Update day 288

Monday, June 17, 2013

I have felt cramp the past couple days ... but I manages a small walk with the dogs yesterday and I got in 30 minutes on the gazelle so , I feel better bout slacking yesterday.
Saturday I spent playing with niece and my nephews. I even jumped on my sisters trampoline... a couple times but crawled on it awhile chasing my lil niece Lylie.
Dani's foot is on the mend .. she might be off the boot next week. She is so happy.
My mother in law comes next Wednesday for three weeks ... we always slack a little movement wise while she is here , I am hoping not to this time.
Tomorrow I have my stress test and we will get the results of hubby's one he had last week and we will see what if anything will change for him other than the patches they put him on last week after his EKG , and did his stress test emergency.

Way to go for not listening to your inner voice and for pushing yourself!

Good luck with your test results!

emoticon Great job pushing yourself to get back on track after having a day of slacking! Just make sure you don't push yourself too much.
