Tammy's First BLC22 Fitness Test

Oh, my this is so sad, but it IS better than it would have been in BLC21 or especially when I started Sparkpeople almost three years ago.

Pushups 15 [wall pushups]
Crunches 15
Lunges 11 [front lunges]
Bicep curls 14 [used 2.5# weights]
Squats 7 [very hard for me, and I imagine my form is awful]
Plank 1 [with knees for 30 seconds]


It will be interesting to compare later in BLC22.

    You will be able to do it if you do it as often as you can. In a few days you will be able to add one extra move of most of them .
Just like small steps. You must take it one at a time so you DO NOT overdo it. You will slowly build your muscle strength but PLEASE do not hurt yourself .

You can do it if you persevere.

    Just think, it might be sad but how wonderful it will be when, at the end of BLC22, you are rocking this fitness test.
