I did these and then saved them where I could easily get to them.

My 3 Day Meal Plan + Plan Grocery List

Meals for 3 Days – BLC 22

We were asked to make a list of three days’ worth of meals, plus the grocery list, so that we would have something to fall back on when life gets hectic.

½ serving crushed Doritos sweet potato wedges ½ serving crushed Doritos

Italian Sausage Pasta Meat loaf Hot dog on bun
I slice garlic toast Cheesy potatoes Potato salad

10. Oatmeal – microwave for DH, steel cut for me

13. Ground beef, lean
14. Chili powder
15. Sausage
16. Seasonal veggies
17. Vegetable/olive oil spray
18. 1% milk
19. Lower sodium beef and chicken bouillon

    At first read, I thought you were eating all that for a meal! Then I checked twice and figured it out. Whew! I feel much better. It looks good and I find I can work one or two days but trying to plan more than that just boggles my mind. I'm a spur of the moment kind of gal.

    I like the idea of three days at a time. It's not over whelming and not too far ahead of ya taste buds. emoticon emoticon

    I can see that my menus didn't space well, but I hope that you can tell that I have a different entree under each day. I worked on spacing it out on the blog, and thought that I had it done, but it still doesn't look right.
