I have been doing well for the past 5 months. I lost 20 pounds but now I have hit a hard plateau. My husband and I have decided to get a Personal Trainer (PT). The one we have is awesome. She gave us each similar workouts so that when we workout together, we won't seem so different. My husband and I signed up for 9 months. We are already seeing results. We are both excited to see where this journey will lead us.
