For team Mango Challenge:

List 5 things you can do for yourself to make yourself a priority. How will doing these things help you?

Five things I can do for myself are:

1) exercise
2) eat properly
3) read
4) get out of the house (I struggle with agoraphobia.)
5) smile

These things will help me by:

1) I'll get fitter.
2) I'll get slimmer.
3) I'll nourish my mind.
4) I'll conquer some fears.
5) I'll think of something happier than the depression I am dealing with.
