I haven't been on for a few days because:
1) My kids left.
2) I have been spending time with my step son.
3) My days have been busy trying to prepare for the trip. Been washing clothes and cleaning.
Also, I haven't worked out in two days. I pulled a muscle, and it is killing me. I have been pushing through the pain, knowing if I baby it that it would only get worse. It is better today. I am feeling guilty for not being around or tracking my stuff. I hope I can be forgive Thursday morning we leave early for the trip. I am hoping to get around to yoga today or P90X stretch to do something for my back.
Just wanted to check in so no one thought I fell of the wagon!
Hope everyone is sticking to their goals!!!
