I started Insanity again. I am pretty out of shape so my initial fitness test was not good. I finally got over the nasty nerve injury I got a few months ago. I have been working back up to this by staying active. I went back to school to get a masters certificate after and unfortunate situation with an employer who refused to pay me AT ALL and after 3 months I finally quit. I have been battling depression along with my fibro pain. Anybody who suffers from those ailments can tell you it is very difficult to get back to life during that time. To make it worse the doctor gave me meds which causes people to gain a lot of weight. I was at the highest weight ever (215). I lost 5 pounds on a diet the past couple weeks.

I am a fighter so I am back again ever committed to never giving up on my goals. I want to get back down to my previous fitness level when I finished Insanity the first time. My daughter wants to run a 5k with me. It is the Color Run. So I have that motivation to train. I sure would like to do the Hell Run...the one I was unable to do last year because of my injuries.

This all costs money so I would like to get a job in the near future! That brings a special kind of low. The kind you hit when you cannot feed your family. It is hard to lose weight when you are eating from a food bank. We will get through, we always do. New pics coming soon emoticon
