Its crazy to think about all the different goals that I have set for myself. Most of which are to be met by the end of summer.
1) Is obviously to lose weight. I think I can lose 20 to 40 lbs by the end.
2) To eat healthier. My family is going mostly vegetarian for the summer. We only eat meat on special occasions and we still eat eggs, dairy and sometimes fish.
3)To de-clutter my house with stuff I don't need or use anymore.
4)To read more.
5)To spend more time with my kids. Preferably active time.
6)To go to the gym at least 3 days a week.
7)To drink 100 oz of water a day.
8)To take my vitamins every day.
9)To bike to work more then take the max to save money.
10) To make me time!
And this is just a few of them. I know that some of them may seem really easy but for some reason I have had the hardest time with doing some of them. I know I can do it though!
