Day One, Exercise Darn It!

Today is day one. My previous diet of a Post-it note on the fridge reading "Stop eating you Fat Cow"...Not productive At All. New plan..... Love Myself (often with humor)

Unfortunately for me the answer is also Exercise. It's the cure to both of my problems Depression, and being fat. I've read article after article, not one doctor out there suggests "not exercising" as a way to be healthy. Darn It!

Because I hate exercising so much... I'm going to "make it my favorite", the same way I "love" to do dishes or "can't wait" to fold the laundry. Exercise...Darn It! oops I mean Exercise....Yay!

    I hated to exercise. Then one day I just looked forward to it. Maybe you need to find the right type of exercise? I love to take aqua jogging, aqua zumba and spinning.

    I hear ya. I hate exercise, have hated it since childhood, 40+ years later I still hate it. But it is the answer to my problems, darn it!

So....let's do it! I have been told I "overthink" it. Maybe that's true!
