So I've decided to hide the scale and not log my weight weekly on sp for a while.
I tend to over eat during the weekend when I have a loss
or over eat just because I worked out..
I had an amazing week at the gym, doing lots of cardio and strength training!
But I was disappointed that the scale stayed about the same..
Need to re-evaluate my lifestyle!
I've been very happy where I'm at right now.. pre spark and now
I've spent a lot of my life around this weight
Very pleased to be back here after losing 80, but this is not my ultimate goal.
I need to lose about 60 more in a little over a year, but I find myself being too lax right now.
233 and I feel beautiful
I always felt great as an 18
it was being in a 24 that made me sick
I didn't spend a lot of time in the 300's, but it was long enough to make me regret my path
So yeah, here's to not sneaking in peaks and just doing it for health, not a magic number
Had a great weekend with my boys, hit the city pool on Sunday
rocked my one piece without shorts again
Even made myself the center of attention by doing a big @$$ cannonball off the high dive
So proud to be loving myself again and to not care what others think (so hard for me not to)
Signed up for the kolour shuffle in Kimberly this coming Saturday!
Not timed, but I'm gonna make the most of it
This is my first big group event that I am doing
Not the first I've signed up for, but the first I'M DOING
I WILL NOT BAIL ON THIS ONE!!
Can't wait for a run with my bff being rainbowified with my man and my baby cheering me on
