Day 1 Crossfit 30 Day At-Home Challenge

So while my Jumpstart plan didn't work out so well especially after spraining my ankle I've just now been getting back into walking/jogging on my leg, lunges are still a challenge for me as are hills but I just have to focus on not hurting myself!! LOL So I came across a 30 day at home crossfit challenge on Pinterest and it's totally doable!! Today is day 1 and although I probably could have done more rounds I dont' want to feel it so bad tomorrow that I can't continue, plus it's not even noon here so I may do something later on with the kids. Day 1 took me 23 minutes to complete!

Day 1
Run 400m
15 squats
10 pushups
20 kb swings

4 rounds


Her plan doesn't say whether or not to use weights, it read just like this so just to get a feel of things I used a 10lb. dumbbell (so I do dumbbell swings-I don't have a kettlebell) Also my treadmill only reads in miles so I did .25 miles which is pretty much 400m.



Day 2 looks like this:

7 burpees
14 kb swings
21 sit ups
10 squats
7 lunges

5 rounds for time

(I think I'll use the 10lb dumbell for this again too)

    That is AWESOME! I sprained my ankle too awhile back, and it took me forever to get back into it again! Do what is doable, yet will bring that biggest changes to your physique! emoticon emoticon emoticon
