So while my Jumpstart plan didn't work out so well especially after spraining my ankle I've just now been getting back into walking/jogging on my leg, lunges are still a challenge for me as are hills but I just have to focus on not hurting myself!! LOL So I came across a 30 day at home crossfit challenge on Pinterest and it's totally doable!! Today is day 1 and although I probably could have done more rounds I dont' want to feel it so bad tomorrow that I can't continue, plus it's not even noon here so I may do something later on with the kids. Day 1 took me 23 minutes to complete!
20 kb swings
Her plan doesn't say whether or not to use weights, it read just like this so just to get a feel of things I used a 10lb. dumbbell (so I do dumbbell swings-I don't have a kettlebell) Also my treadmill only reads in miles so I did .25 miles which is pretty much 400m.
Day 2 looks like this:
14 kb swings
21 sit ups
5 rounds for time
(I think I'll use the 10lb dumbell for this again too)
