DAY ONE -
What am I doing? I gave my self a "last hurrah" sort of weekend and now I'm starting a new. I'm some where between horrified and excited, motivated and pessimistic.
I've got to do this and I've got to do this once and for all.
After starting Weight Watchers at 275 last fall I'm now at 268 (woah, big floppy deal). The WW just wasn't cutting it for me. I'm not really sure why, I'd do really great and then suddenly do really horrible.
So here I am, a new Spark person. I've decided to follow a Jillian Michaels Kick Start Meal plan for the first week and then see where I want to go from there. It's very low carb, no sugar and high protein.
Breakfast was a full cup of greek yogurt with cinnamon and slivered almonds..... ugh. That's a LOT of yogurt!
