Garcinia Cambogia - Week 1 - Day 1

So lately I've been hearing about this new diet supplemental pill called Garcinia Cambogia. I've never taken any diet pills, but something about this one caught my attention. If anybody knows anything about me it's that I think things through very carefully before I do them.

For the last month since I started dieting, instead of losing weight, I either stay the same or gain weight. I don't really understand it because I've been eating really healthy and going to the gym a couple times a week. I didn't even lose any water weight and usually I can at least drop a couple pounds of that in the beginning. I don't know if it's stress from graduating soon or what, but I decided that I would need a little help this time to boost my weight loss.

I bought enough pills to last me a month with me taking it three times a day about an hour before each meal. I don't know if I'm looking forward to my first weigh in on Sunday or if I'm dreading it, because if this doesn't work I don't know what to do. I've gained almost all of my weight back from previous dieting and I need to lose it pronto.

I'll be writing post about once a week maybe more depending on how this goes and how many views I get.

    I only got about a month supply but in that month I dropped somewhere between 7-8 pounds. I'm very curious to see what would happen if I got a higher dosage. Hope everything works out for you!

    It has been about two and a half weeks since I started using the lowest milligram (500 mg) and so far I've dropped about 6.6 pounds. It's not as much as I would have liked but it's pretty good considering I haven't been exercising. Next month I think I'll get a higher dosage.
