Did the hour-long workout three days in a row. Yesterday I did NMTZ, ten minutes of yoga, and mowed the lawn. Then I went out and inhaled a huge amount of spaghetti arrabiata with my mom and dad. Not the best choice, I know. I only ate half of it, and there was still a lot left over, but pasta is bad on many levels. And right now I'm thinking about the leftovers that are in my fridge.

The thing is that I slacked off so much for the last few weeks and gained three pounds. So far I've only walked twice. I need to be more consistent on my exercise goals. And I need to stop going to restaurants. It's expensive and unhealthy.

I think I'm going to treat myself to some new workout clothes with my next paycheck. My sports bras are more than ten years old, and wearing the Dude's old oversized tank tops is not the optimum sort of apparel.
