I have been here before....day one of a weight loss program all ready to shed the pounds and to look better. But for some reason it never lasts long at all. This time, I am looking at it differently. Yes, of course I want to lose weight, but more important than losing weight to me is getting healthy. Between high blood pressure and heel spurs, my body is letting me know I have to lose the weight in order to simply feel better. So, here we go!! By the way, I do so much better when I know others are in the same boat so please feel free to write me!!
