A lot can happen in just a few days :( My honey was sick and had to spend 5 days in the hospital, and I was there everyday with him. I didn't spend the night but driving back and forth 2 times a day was exhausting especially in this Arizona heat.
I wore myself out and slept both days this weekend, ok I mean napped like 2 hours two times a day. I feel a lot better today and finally got back to my walking. So going to stick to that again for the next two weeks and then do some trotting. Also going to try to get at least 2 days of strength training.
Also for sure I had no weightloss, but gained 1 pound. I can get this off so here I go . . . . emoticon

    I hope he's feeling better. That's scary that he was sick enough to be in the hospital! Keep pushing - it's hard to lose weight when life throws curveballs. You'll get there.

It's tough to stick to ANY plan when your schedule gets so disrupted and you're under a lot of stress. I'm sure it will be a relief to get back on track!
