Life has been crazy hectic for me and exercising had to take a backseat for a second. I am in my last quarter in college and the workload for my senior capstone was pretty heavy. I graduate next week though so I am going back into health mode. I have managed to stay under 190 lbs though so that is good.

This week I am doing a juice/raw diet type of deal. I am juicing for breakfast and lunch and eating a salad for dinner. I have had so many health issues since having my baby I want to try and let my body heal. I will see how I feel by the end of the week and that will determine if I do it again next week or not. Ramadan is coming up soon so I will be fasting anyway but plan to eat food then ( breakfast and after sunrise) . I am limited in my choices though because I had to drop nearly everything that causes inflammation: meat, grains, etc. I still eat dairy but I had dropped it too for a while. I added it back to see if it made a difference and I seem to be okay now.

Anyway, hoping to get more accomplished now that school is almost done.
