Week 2 Challenges

Hey there hows everyone doing on this lovely Monday morning??? My goals are:

1. Drink more water
2. go for walks as least 3 days a week
3. cut down on smoking
4. cut back on drinking diet pop
5. get more veggies
6. try squats for the 1st time
