Starting over yet again...

Monday, June 17, 2013

Ok, so my brilliant plan lasted about 3 hours before I had to admit that I was re-starting my count at zero days. Stupid buying bus tickets at a bulk barrel... All well, I picked myself back up and this weekend went well (of course I also didnít go anywhere where I might be inclined to buy junk to eat, but...). Todayís going to be my first actual test; will I make it out of the grocery store tonight with just what I need to cook dinner?

Yesterday I went back to my nutritionist for a boost to get going again. I made a major change in my life -- I was able to quit my full time job and begin the search for a part-time position that will better fit my lifestyle. I have 3 grown kids, 2 grandkids and parents about 90 -- a full plate to take care. My husband is hanging in there and supporting me.

So what time than to take care of myself. Made it the gym this morning, then, before i hit the shower, my daughter called asking me to take care of her son as he was sick. So the day has changed, but I'm not letting it throw me.

I just finished tracking for today and now I am joining this blog. I have about 30 pounds to lose and feel up for the challenge.

Hello everyone!

Go to the store with a list and don't deviate from it. It's hard when there are so many tempting goodies on every isle!

You can do this!
