Saturday I missed the workout as my arms just hurt to bad from the and my upper back from long tern slouching is catching up to me since I sot more often than I am used to. My diet was great and so was the water, except for Sunday as I am at church most of the day. I need to work on that!

Saturday’s Goals:
Low cal, low carb, and clean eats emoticon
30 mins Kettlebell Strength Training Split A emoticon
64 oz water emoticon

Sunday's Goals:
Low cal, low carb, and clean eats emoticon
Rest emoticon
64 oz water emoticon

Monday's Goals:
Low cal, low carb, and eating clean
20 min Kettlebell Conditioning
64 oz water
