Goals for the Sizzling Summer Body Challenge

Here are my goals for this summer challenge:

1. I WILL learn to quit eating before I am completely 'stuffed.'

2. I WILL lose at least 5 lbs. (Hopefully 10lbs.)

3. I WILL plan all meals and stick to that plan.

4. I WILL do some sort of cardio every day.

5. I WILL increase my water intake to at least 8 cups a day.

I know these don't sound like much but it is a start. I don't want to overwhelm myself. I'm doing good just keeping up with these so far!
