Day #353 and Day #39 - Not so good weekend results

Okay I fell off my wagon train this weekend with my eating. One bad moment can lead to other bad moments. I had no light days and no normal diet days. I had old habits, bad habit days. I ate cake at the graduation luncheon, I ate fried chicken, french fries and another piece of cake yesterday. I didn't drink my water Saturday but I did drink it yesterday.
I did workout Friday after work for 45 minutes on elliptical. No workout on Saturday, had a busy day though. Yesterday I thought I would do something around the house but my a/c was not functioning properly, water leaking and not cooling properly so just sitting down I was sweating. Not about to make it worse by trying to paint and pull up carpet.
Got someone coming out to give me an estimate today to replace the unit. It's been giving me problems for weeks now and I'm about to put down new floors and that would not be good if it leaks again. Soooooooooo
Anyway - today I probably won't make it to the gym as i have that appointment at 5:30 and another appointment at 3pm today. Unless I decide to go after my appointment which I doubt. Perhaps I can find something active to do.
Well to make up for my poor behavior this weekend...the next few days will be light days and plenty of water. Not a punishment but to get my insanity out of the way and help me get back on track.
