Today I did four spark videos
I tracked my planned menu for the day
I am drinking my water.. goal is 10 servings!
This is my favorite 20 minute workout with coach nicole.. a seated strength workout with bands! I can do this anywhere! I love that I can access spark videos with my kindle and track it too!
I am going to see mom and dad today - I need to take care of my dad's meds and help mom do some other things at the apartment. We are not sure yet if dad has been approved to stay in the care facility - stressful!!
Last week of class - I cannot wait to be OUT for 8 short weeks!
The first thing I am doing is spending time with my grandkids... first the two boys then Ana. Don and I miss our other three grandkids who we never get to see.. we will see if we can set up a summer visit.
One thing I have learned - I tend to overtend myself - so I am going to do what I want to do before "LIFE" gets in the way of my time off. I am also working to CUT out the JUNK from my life. I do not worry about what I cannot control!!
