New Season for Sunny Gals

Monday, June 17, 2013

It's the start of a new season for Sunny Gals and that's a good thing. Last season was not a good one for me. Somewhere about half way through I lost my focus and motivation. But I'm feeling great and motivated once again! It's time to kick myself forward and make the changes in my life that I need.

Our first week's challenge was to pick a long term goal and mine is going to be the 10k! Now I haven't done a 5k let alone a 10k. So I'm going to work myself up and hopefully by October I will be able to accomplish my goal!!

Season of the Beast has started!!!
