Change of plans

This morning's plan was a hike up the mountain and then a half hour on the bike out on the deck but torrential thunderstorms changed those plans. I've finished 40 minutes on the bike and am now cleaning up the cabin for the week. Next will be a trip to Wal-Mart and about 45 minutes walking there. If you go up and down every aisle (without a cart) and then do the perimeter a few times you can get a decent walk in. I do recommend going early before you have to walk around too many people!

    I have started walking in "Wally World" too. I wonder what the security cameras think of us! LOL

    I do Walmart walks, too! If you keep your eyes closed to the bargains, you can walk faster!
